Photovoltaic inverter testing

The V61000 series bidirectional DC test power supply is equipped with a built-in solar photovoltaic curve simulation function (SAS).According to test regulations such as EN50530/Sandia/NB/CGC, users can set corresponding curve parameters such as open-circuit voltage Voc, short-circuit current Isc, maximum power point voltage Vmp, maximum power point current Imp, illuminance, and temperature to simulate solar panel power generation, which can be used in photovoltaic simulators. Testing of products such as energy storage inverters and micro-inverters.

Battery simulation function

The V61000 series bidirectional DC test power supply features both fixed battery type simulation and user-defined battery simulation functions. It can simulate power batteries to provide reliable power supply for the main drive of new energy vehicles, on-board DCDC, OBC, household appliances, power tools, unmanned aircraft, etc. as required for testing.

Car curve simulation function

The V61000 series bidirectional DC test power supply is equipped with standardautomotive power network voltage curves such as LV123, LV148, DIN40839, ISO-16750-2, SAEJ1113-11, LV124, ISO21780 and ISO21848, which can be called up with one click and directly executed for testing. It can provide efficient and convenient solutions for automotive electronic testing.

Battery testingfunction

The V61000 series bidirectional DC test power supply is equipped with battery charging and discharging functions. By setting the charging or discharging mode, it can perform constant voltage charging and discharging, constant current charging and discharging, and constant resistance discharging. It can conduct charging and discharging tests on battery cells or battery packs and introduce them. The CSV file is generated to simulate the operating conditions of the new energy vehicle power system and conduct condition simulation tests on the battery PACK.

Function Generator Features

The V61000 series bidirectional DC test power supply features a built-in function generator capable of generating arbitrary waveforms, and can also generate waveforms by importing LIST files via USB.

V61000-500V

The V61000 series is a new generation of bidirectional DC power supplies launched by VARIED. This product features an integrated source and load function, automatic two-quadrant operation, providing power to the Source as an external source, and absorbing external energyto convert it into clean energy for feedback to the grid. The single-phasevoltage can output up to 2250V, and with high-speed digital paralleltechnology, the power can be expanded to the MW level.
