Is there free host computer software for the RU series?

All series of products from Wanruida come standard with a host computer software, enabling programming operations such as remote startup, shutdown, combined output, and slope output. Additionally, data can be exported and saved, and preset programs can be imported. It is worth noting that the currently compatible communication interface is RS232/485. If customers require LAN/CAN communication connectivity, secondary development and adaptation are required. The standard software for RU is single-channel control software, and multi-channel control software can be optionally equipped.

When purchasing 100V 60A, is wiring included? Also, how should the input and output cables be configured?

Our 1/2 1U model, with a power range of 1.2-1.8kw, comes standard with a GB three-pin cord. All other power input cables are optional and require adjustment of length and wire diameter based on actual conditions. For a 100V 60A 6KW DC power supply, the apparent power of the AC input is 6800VA, resulting in an input current of 6800/220=30.9A. It is recommended to use an input wire diameter of 6-10mm² (larger wire diameter is recommended for full load). For an output current of 60A, a wire diameter of 16-20mm² is suggested, with a recommended value of 3A/mm² for full load?.

Does the 1.2/1.8kw series have an Ethernet port?

This series comes standard with RS232/485, and the device's local network cable interface RJ45 is for non-network communication. The left RJ45 is for 485 communication, while the right one is for both 485 and 232 communication. If customers require network communication, they need to opt for a network conversion module and configure the parameters on the computer side. The RS232/485 protocol type is Modbus RTU, and the network communication is Modbus TCP.

I have purchased 3 RU series 1/2 1U power supplies. How should I configure them for installation in the rack?

Simply select the upper rack accessories. If three units are to be placed on the rack independently, each unit can be equipped with one upper rack accessory with a baffle. If two units are to be placed side by side on the rack, select two upper rack accessories, with one unit alone equipped with an accessory with a baffle. For the 1/2 1U series models, the bare machine height is 44mm, and the height after adding accessories is 47mm.
